PayPal holds your information securely and does not disclose it to anybody else. This means that we as merchants do not get to see your card or bank details. By using PayPal you can pay people online without disclosing this information to them.

The prices are as displayed on the web site they include VAT (UK TAX) postage and packaging is shown before checkout.
Subject to goods availability we aim to deliver 3 to 10 working days, larger items like dining tables, livingroom furniture may take longer 2, 3 weeks. We will notify you via email or phone regarding delivery dates for the larger items and you will have the right to cancel. All small items go via Royal Mail standard parcel service. All postage and packaging prices relate only to the UK, England, Scotland and Wales only.
Delivery Europe and America
We are getting an increasing number of sales from America and Europe. The additional postage prices for Europe and America are not as expensive as you might think. We do have a separate VISA card page for additional overseas postage and packaging if required. Please note deliveries to America are done via surface mail and can take up to 8 weeks (average 6 weeks). Air mail is available and takes 7 to 10 days but is more expensive.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We aim to give complete satisfaction at all times. Goods are supplied on 14 days approval. If you are not satisfied with your purchases and the goods are returned undamaged within that time, we promise to refund the full value of the item(s) returned, excluding any postage costs incurred in the transaction.
Damaged goods must be notified within 2 days of receipt. Damaged goods can be returned, return P & P will be reimbursed at standard parcel service rate offered by the post office. For any items damaged we may request photos.
Twizzles does not disclose buyer's information to third parties.
Any legal disputes will be dealt via the court system in England and Wales.
